These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Time to Payday (the “App”), provided by Giuseppe Lisanti (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Time to Payday is an offline-first personal budgeting companion that helps you count down to your next payday and estimate a remaining daily budget. It does not provide banking, investment, tax, or licensed financial advice. Figures shown in the App are estimates based on data you enter.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country (typically 18+). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter in the App.
3. Free and Pro features
The App may offer a free tier (including advertisements) and paid Pro features. Pro may be unlocked via:
- an auto-renewable annual subscription (which may include an introductory free trial), and/or
- a one-time lifetime purchase.
Exact prices, trial length, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store purchase sheet and in the in-app paywall at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
4. Subscriptions and renewals
Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Unused portions of a free trial, if any, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Restoring purchases
You can restore eligible purchases using the “Restore Purchases” option in the App settings. Restores are handled through Apple and, where applicable, RevenueCat.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and related materials are owned by Giuseppe Lisanti or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that calculations will be error-free or suitable for any particular financial decision.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including EU/UK consumers).

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
