These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Time to Sub (the “App”), provided by Giuseppe Lisanti (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Time to Sub is an offline-first tracker for your subscriptions and recurring bills. It helps you see what you pay each month, when renewals and free trials are due, and how costs split by category. It does not connect to your bank, does not cancel or manage subscriptions on your behalf, and does not provide banking, tax, or licensed financial advice. Amounts and dates shown in the App are estimates based on the data you enter.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country (typically 18+). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter in the App.
3. Reminders
Where available, renewal and free-trial reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Delivery depends on your device settings and on the dates you enter; we cannot guarantee that a reminder is shown in time. You remain responsible for cancelling any subscription you no longer want.
4. Free and Pro features
The App offers a free tier and paid Pro features. Pro may be unlocked via:
- an auto-renewable annual subscription (which may include an introductory offer or free trial), and/or
- a one-time lifetime purchase.
Exact prices, any trial length, and renewal terms are shown in the in-app paywall and in the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
5. Subscriptions and renewals
Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
6. Restoring purchases
You can restore eligible purchases with “Restore purchases” in the App settings. Restores are handled through Apple and RevenueCat.
7. Service catalog and third-party names
The App includes a catalog of common services to speed up data entry. Service names are used only to identify those services; Time to Sub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Catalog details (such as suggested billing frequency) are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its branding, and related materials are owned by Giuseppe Lisanti or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that totals, dates, or reminders will be error-free or suitable for any particular financial decision.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including charges for subscriptions you did not cancel. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including EU/UK consumers).
12. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
