This Privacy Policy explains how Giuseppe Lisanti (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Time to Restructure app (the “App”).

1. Summary

The App is a budget tracker for home renovations. There is no account to create and no bank connection. What you enter is stored on your device and, through Apple’s iCloud, synced between your own devices; we do not receive it and we cannot read it. The free version shows ads (Google AdMob) and we use Firebase for crash reports, usage analytics and remote settings; Pro removes the ads. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Data you enter

You may enter renovation names, budgets, amounts, dates, rooms, notes, and details about the contractors and suppliers you work with (such as their name, trade, phone number and email address), together with specifications, photos and PDF files you attach (for example receipts or quotes). This data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud space (Apple CloudKit) so it stays in sync across your devices, and it is included in your device backups according to your Apple settings. We do not have access to your iCloud data. If you enter personal details about other people (such as a contractor’s phone number), please make sure you are entitled to keep them.

3. Camera and photos

The App asks for access to the camera or the photo library only when you choose to attach a photo to a line or a specification. A photo you attach is resized and stored with that line; the App does not read the rest of your library.

4. Exporting data

With Pro you can export a report as a CSV file. The file is created on your device and shared only where you choose, through the system share sheet. It does not pass through our servers.

5. Purchases and entitlements

If you buy a subscription or the lifetime unlock, payment is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and manage access to Pro. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription status, and related technical data (such as app version and device type), as described in its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details.

6. Advertising (free version)

If you use the free version, the App shows banner ads via Google AdMob (and related Google Mobile Ads / User Messaging Platform tools). These services may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), coarse location or an IP-derived region, and interaction data to serve and measure ads. Where required (for example GDPR/EEA/UK) we ask for your consent first, and on iOS the App asks permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt; tracking is optional and you can refuse or change your choice at any time (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Users with an active Pro entitlement do not see ads.

7. Analytics, diagnostics and remote settings

We use Firebase / Google services (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config) to measure how the App is used, fix crashes and configure features such as the limits of the free version. They may collect app version, device model, operating system, crash logs, an app-instance identifier and interaction events such as screens viewed. We never send the content you enter (amounts, names, notes, photos). Where consent is required, we request it before enabling ads-related processing.

8. Notifications and widgets

Payment reminders, where available, are local notifications scheduled on your device and do not pass through our servers. If you use a Home Screen widget, the App shares the figures it shows with the widget on your device only.

9. Support

If you contact support by email, we receive your email address, your message, and any diagnostics you choose to include (such as app version and device model). We use them only to answer you.

10. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process data to provide the App you requested (purchases, support), for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and working (crash diagnosis, analytics), and, where required, on your consent (ads and tracking). You may withdraw consent from system settings or in the App’s privacy options.

11. Retention

Data you enter remains on your device and in your iCloud until you delete it or uninstall the App (subject to your backups and iCloud settings). Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Purchase, advertising and analytics records held by Apple, RevenueCat or Google follow those providers’ retention policies.

12. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data you enter can be edited or deleted in the App or by deleting the App. For requests about purchase data, contact us and we will help route the request to Apple or RevenueCat.

14. International transfers

Apple, Google (including AdMob and Firebase), and RevenueCat may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by those providers.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
