These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Time to Restructure (the “App”), provided by Giuseppe Lisanti (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Time to Restructure helps you keep track of a home renovation: budgets, quotes, payments, contractors, rooms and specifications. It does not connect to your bank, does not make payments, does not contact contractors for you, and is not an accounting, tax, legal, construction or licensed financial service. Totals, projections and reports shown in the App are calculated from the data you enter and are estimates; you are responsible for checking them. Any tax-related flag or export is a neutral record of your expenses and is not tax advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country (typically 18+). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information, photos and files you enter in the App.
3. Contractors and suppliers
Contractor and supplier details, quotes and agreed amounts in the App are records you create. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor or supplier, and we are not responsible for their work, prices or payments. Accepting a quote in the App only updates your own records.
4. Free and Pro features
The App offers a free tier with limits on the number of lines, quotes and renovations you can add, and paid Pro features (more renovations, no limits on lines, insights, export, and no ads). Pro may be unlocked via:
- an auto-renewable monthly subscription,
- an auto-renewable annual subscription, and/or
- a one-time lifetime purchase.
Exact prices, any trial length, and renewal terms are shown in the in-app paywall and in the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If your Pro access ends, your data stays in the App: you can still read and edit it, but you cannot add entries beyond the limits of the free tier.
5. Subscriptions and renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
6. Restoring purchases
You can restore eligible purchases with “Restore purchases” in the App settings. Restores are handled through Apple and RevenueCat.
7. Your data and iCloud
Your data is stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account. Synchronisation, backups and availability depend on Apple’s services and your settings; we recommend keeping your own copies of important documents. We cannot recover data you delete, or data that is lost because of device or iCloud problems.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, to upload unlawful content, to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or to use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its branding, and related materials are owned by Giuseppe Lisanti or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. The content you enter remains yours.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that totals, dates, charts or reports will be error-free or suitable for any particular financial, tax or construction decision.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including cost overruns, missed payments or charges for subscriptions you did not cancel. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including EU/UK consumers).
12. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
